Position Overview:

The Senior Executive Engineer is A senior-level position responsible for managing complete execution across multiple projects. Ensures cost control, quality assurance, technical accuracy, and timely delivery while leading engineering and supervision teams.

Qualifications Required:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Additional certifications in project management are a plus.

Experience Required:

• 10 to 15 years experience in full-scale project execution.
• Must have led teams and handled multi-story or premium projects.
• Strong experience in structural work, finishing & project coordination.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Lead teams of site engineers, supervisors & contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications & project plans.
• Plan complete project schedules, execution sequences & resource management.
• Conduct stage-wise inspections to maintain quality standards.
• Manage cost control, budgeting & material approvals.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients & vendors.
• Approve measurements, contractor bills & MIS reports.
• Solve complex technical issues with practical solutions.
• Ensure timely completion with high-quality output.
