Position Overview:

The Site Engineer is responsible for technical execution as per drawings, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely progress. This role acts as the technical backbone of on-site operations.

Qualifications Required:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and technical drawing interpretation.

Experience Required:

• 2 to 5 years experience in building construction.
• Must have experience in RCC, finishing, site planning & material management.
• Preferably handled residential/commercial mid-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Execute work as per structural and architectural drawings.
• Conduct inspections for RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry & finishing.
• Ensure accurate measurements and BOQ verification.
• Prepare DPR, WPR, and support in billing documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors & internal teams.
• Maintain safety compliance and proper site documentation.
• Plan material requirements and track work schedules.
• Resolve technical issues at site independently.
